Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern how researchers, startups, funders, and partners use Lab2Launch. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to abide by the following terms. For the complete legal version, visit our Terms of Use.

1. Platform Access & Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and legally authorized to represent yourself, your institution, or organization.
  • Institutions may create multi-user accounts with designated roles (e.g., PI, legal reviewer, admin).
  • Use of Lab2Launch must comply with all applicable national and international laws.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all submissions (research data, funding info, use cases).
  • You agree not to upload confidential third-party content without proper authorization.
  • You may not use the platform to defame, misrepresent, plagiarize, or infringe any intellectual property.

3. IP Ownership & Licensing

  • Submitting a research project does not transfer ownership of your IP to Lab2Launch.
  • You retain full ownership unless and until you enter into a separate agreement (e.g., licensing, spinout, co-development).
  • Lab2Launch may use anonymized metadata for discovery, matching, and analytics purposes.

4. Visibility & Privacy

  • You control how your submission is displayed: public, anonymous, or restricted-access.
  • Funders accessing restricted projects must agree to the platform’s Non-Disclosure Layer (NDL).
  • All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Platform Rights

  • Lab2Launch may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
  • We may make changes to platform features, workflows, or terms with reasonable prior notice.
  • Lab2Launch is not responsible for direct commercial negotiations between users unless explicitly facilitated through platform workflows.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of dispute, users are encouraged to first contact legal@lab2launch.in for resolution.
  • All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in Rajasthan, unless otherwise agreed upon by contract.
